Ordinance No. 76-46 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
ORDINANCE NO. 76-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTERS 18.48 AND
18.52 "M-3, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL" AND "M-4, INDUSTRIAL PARK" ZONES, TO
ADD CERTAIN USES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN SAID ZONES.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: Finding that pursuant to Chapter 227 ORS and Ordinance
No. 70-32 (City of Tigard Zoning Ordinance of 1970) the
hereinafter stated amendments to said ordinance, pursuant to pre-
scribed procedures, were submitted to public hearing held by the
Tigard Planning Commission on September 21, 1976, and to the City
Council thereafter recommended that said zoning ordinance be amended
as hereinafter set forth.
Section 2: The City Council further finds that after due and legal
notice, a public hearing was held by the City Council
October 25, 1976, whereat all interested persons were afforded an
opportunity to be heard and present and rebut evidence with respect
to said amendments.
Section 3: The City Council further finds that the purpose for
these amendments are to protect the public health,
safety and general welfare and, furthermore said amendment serves
to implement the City's objectives and policies concerning develop-
ment in M--3 and M-4 industrial zones.
Section 4: That therefore, Chapters 18.48.020, M-3 Light Industrial,
and 1_14=4, Industrial Park, be amended to read as follows:
1118.48.020 Conditional Uses. (9) Garden supply store
when in conjunction with a landscape contractor's office. "
"18.52.020 Conditional Uses. (17) Garden supply store
when in conjunction with a landscape contractor's office. " "
PASSED: Bv unanimous vote of all Council members present, after being
