AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.28.130 OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROHIBIT
PARKING ON THAT PORTION OF S.W. WALNUT STREET GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS THE NORTHERLY
SIM'OF WALNUT STREET LYING BETWEEN THE FOWLER JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE
AND A POINT 490 FEET PLUS OR MINUS WESTERLY OF SAID DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE.
Section 1: Section 10.28.130 of the Tigard Municipal Code is hereby amended by the
addition of A new sub-ser.Li:,r_ O to read as follows:

(PS) On the northerly one half of S.W. Walnut Street beginning at the
westerly edge of the driveway entrance to Fowler Junior High School
and extending westerly to a point 490 feet from said driveway.
Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective on the 31st day following its
passage and adoption by the City Council and Mayor.
