ORDINANCE No. 75
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 10.289 PARKING, OF THE
TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE 6Y ADDING TO SECTION 10.28.1309 SUBSECTION (16)
PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF S.W. FREWING STREET AND FIXING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 10.28.130 of the Tigard Municipal Code, relating
to locations where perking is prohibited at any time, be,
and the same is hereby smended. and supplefoantcw :o Add thereto a new
subsection reading as follows:
"19.28.130 Prohibited at any time. No parson shall
at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind
or character, whether motorized or not, and whether attended
or unattended, within the following defined portions of
public streets and highways within the city:

Section 2: That the City Administrator be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to cause to have the areas in which parking
is prohibited as above set forth suitably posted in the manner provided
by laws
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be effective on and after the 31st
day from its passage by the Council and signature by the
Mayor®
