ORDINANCE NO. 74 - _5`1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16.08.185, SIGN REGULATIONS, OF THE
TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE, DEFINING INDUSTRIAL PARK, FIXING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Chapter 16.08.185 of the Tigard Municipal Code
be and is hereby amended as follows:
16.08.185. Whenever in this Title 16 made mention, the
term "Industrial Park" shall be deemed to be four (4)
or more contiguous land parcels arranged so that vehicular
access to said parcels is by way of a centrally located
street or other approved traffic circulation system.
Section 2: Inasmuch as it is necessary to correct an interpretive
error in the "Industrial Park" definition as previously
adopted by Ordinance No. 74-26 and inasmuch as it is in the public
interest to administer Title 16 of the Tigard Municipal Code accord-
ing to the previous intent of the Council, an emergency is hereby
declared -to exist and this ordinance shall become effective upon
its passage by the Council. and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED: By the Council, by unanimous vote of all Council
members present, after being read three times by
