ORDINANCE NO. 74
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 18.12,120 OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL
CODE TO THEREBY ELIMINATE AMBIGUITY RESULTING FROM THE AMENDMENT
By ORDINANCE NO, 74 - 34 OF SECTION 14.04.070, TIGARD MUNICIPAL
CODE, FIXING AN EFFECT IVE DATE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 18.12.120 of the Tigard Municipal Code
establishing fire zones be and the same is hereby
repealed. -

and safety of the people of the City of Tigard
that the existing inconsistency between the provisions of
Section 14.04.070 amended by Ordinance No. 74 - _ be removed
without delay, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage by the Council
and approval by the Mayor.
