ORDINANCE N0.74-
AN ORDINANCE REPEALINC Chapter 2.5f; OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL
CODE WITH RESPECT TO EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT PLAN UNDER GROUP ANNUITY
CONTRACT GR-1692 OF TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Chapter 2.56 of the Tigard Municipal Code, includ-
ing Sections 2.56.010 and 2.56.020, whereby RETIREMENT
PLAN GROUP ANNUITY CONTRACT GR-1692 of Travelers Insurance Company
was approved LF the City Council on March 27, 1972, be, and the same
is, hereby repealed without prejudice to the continuance of said plan
or contract, or any other plan or contract, providing benefits for
the employees of the City of Tigard.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on and after the 31st
day after its passage by the Council and approval of
the mayor.
PASSED By unanimous vote of all Council members present after
being read three times by number and title only
