CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That Section 18.12.100 - lard Requirement Exceptions -
of the Tigard Municipal Code as adopted by the Council
on October 9, 1972, with respect to sub-section (c) thereof, be, and s

and to have the location of structures compatible with the
need for the eventual widening of streets, a yard shall be
provided abutting streets and portions of streets herein-
after named which shall be the number of feet set forth
below in the right-hand column, measured at right angles
to the centerline of the street and, unless otherwise r
described, measured from the fee title or dedicated right- F
of-way of the Public way.

Section 2: Inasmuch as it is necessary for the peace, health and
safety of the people of the City of Tigard that the land
' use classifications and zoning regulations of the City of Tigard
#' currently reflect all changes, modifications, supplements and amend-
mems thereto, thereby to preserve the 'integrity of land use require-
ments, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance
shall be effective upnn its passage by the Council and approval of
the mayor.
