THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS'
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 72-19 adopted by the City Council
on ;larch 13, 1972, prescribing an increase in compensa-
tion to be paid by Portland General Electric Company, an Oregon
for franchise privileges, be and the
corporation, to the City
same is hereby repealed for the reason that the said amendment by

its terms required acceptance thereof by Portland General Electric
Company and such acceptance has not been forthcoming.
Saction 2: That inasmuch as it is necessary for the peace, health,
and safety of the people of, the City of Tigard,
that
the ordinances of the City currently reflect thefactwith respect
