EXHIBIT "A"
That portion of land in Section 2, Township 2 South, Range
1 west, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon, being
more particularly described as follows: Lot Thirty-five (35)
North Tigardville Addition, excepting therefrom the following
tract, to wit:
Beginning at the corner post or the Taylor' s Ferry Road,
between Tracts 35 and. 36 in North Tigardville Addition, as the
same is shown by the duly recorded plat of said addition on
record in the office of the recorder of conveyances; running
thence northwesterly on a line between the two aforesaid tracts
to the easterly line of tract 41, 3.16 chains; thence south-
westerly along tract 41, 55 feet; thence southeasterly and
parallel to the line between tracts 35 and 36 3.16 chains to
the line of the said Taylor's Ferry Road; thence northeasterly
along the said Road 55 feet to the: place of beginning. 1�ne
aforesaid description being a tract 55 feet by 3. 16 chains off
of the northerly side of. Tract 35 North Tigardville Addition
in said County and State.
Also excepting therefrom, that portion lying within the
