AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL USE(S) ON LANDS OF
John W. Adelblue & Diane G. Adelblue in Section 2, T2S, R1W,
Willamette Meridian TIGARD. WASHINGTON COUNTY OREGON
WHEREAS, the owner(s) of the lands described on attached
L-fhibit "A!' by reference made a part hereof, has (have) filed
with the City an application for authorization to conduct the
following described conditional use(s) on the said premises; and
WHEREAS, the zoning classification of said lands hereto-
fore established by the zoning ordinances of the City of Tigard
ie M-4, Industrial Park, and the conditional use(s)
requested by the applicant(s) may be properly permitted in con-
formity with the said classification; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on the 24th day
of June 19 72, held a public hearing with respect
to said application and said Commission has recommended to the
City Council that said application be approved; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council with
respect to said application was duly and regularly held on the
10th day of - July 13--U, and the City Council finds
that no public detriment will result from the granting of said
petition and that it is in the public interest that said condi-
tional use(s) be authorized,
! NOW, THEREFORE,

i THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I.. That the following conditional use(s) as defined in
' the City of Tigard Zoning Ordinance under the zone

classification M-4, Industrial Park to-wit:

Silkscreen Operation
s" be and the same are hereby authorized with respect to the lands
described on Exhibit "A" by reference made apart hereof, subject
to compliance with the following conditions:
I. That the building be located on the westerly
property line:
2. That the Planning Commission review and approve a
completed site development plan prior to issuance of
a building permit.-

Section 2: The City Recorder is hereby authorized and directed
to certii7 a true copy of this Ordinance and forward
same to the applicant forthwith.
Section This Ordinance shall be effective on and after the
31st day from its enactment by the City Council of
' the City of Tigard, Oregon.
