Ordinance No. 72-34 F CITY OF TIMRD, OREGON ORDINANCE No. 122-34 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 120-3 AND 140-4 OF ORDIRAB 8 50. 70.32 - "CITY OF TIGARD ZONING ORDINANCE OF 1970" - WITH RESPECT TO UNIT DENSITY IN A-2, KMTIPL6-FAKILY RRSZDSNTIAL ZONES, AND FRONT YX" SR°T'PN,K IN C-3, -GENERAL COMMCIAL ZONW, PRBSCRIBINd EFFECTIVE TB AND DECLARING AN ENCY. TES CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOZJXWSS Section Is The City Council finds that pursuant to Chapter 227 ORS and Ordinance No. 70-32 - "City of Tigard Zoning Ordinance of 1970 the hereinafter amendments to said zoning ordinance, after dues and legal notice, were submitted to public hearing by the City Planning Commission on !larch 21, 1972 and the Council thereafter recommended that said zoning ordinance be amended as hereinafter set forth. Section 21 The Council further finds that after due and legal notice a public hearing was held by the City Council on April 10, 1972 and continued to May 8, 1972 whereat all interested persona were afforded an opportunity to be heard with respect thereto, and the Council further finds that all legal and proper actions have been taken and conditions-precedent fulfilled with respect to the following amendments to,the City's zoning ordinance. Section 3s That Section 120-3-a of ordinance No. 70-32, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows; "Section 120-3 '(Lot size in A-2, Multi-family residential) "a. She minimum lot area shall be 7,000 square feet. When used for multi-family residential purposes the minimum lot area shall be according to the following table; Nuaaber of Units Sauare Feet Per Unit 1 7,000 2 4,000 3 and up 3,630 " section 4s That Section 140-4-a of ordinance No. 70-32, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows; "Section 140-4 (C-3 Setback Requirements) "a. The minimum front yard Shall be ten (10) feet, landscaped and maintained."
