PARKING ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS, COMPLAINT AND PENALTIES;
REPEALING Urdinance No. 69-54 BY WHICH PART T, VOLUME 2 OF 1957
. EDITION TO THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE WAS ADOPTED;
REPEALING Ordinance No. 65-7 WHEREBY A CHARTER AMENDMENT WAS
?ZEFERRLD TO THE PEOPLE ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF CITY MANAGER.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: That Ordinance No. 62-2 with respect to sewer user service
charges and rates, be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
Section 2: That Ordinance No. 63-3 prescribing the mode of charging
parking ordinance violations, complaint and penalties,
be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
Section 3: That Ordinance No. 69-54 by which Part I, Volume 2 of the
1967 Fdition to the Uniform Building Code was adopted,
be, and the sane is, hereby repealed.
Section 4: That Ordinance No. 65-7 whereby a charter amendment was
referred to the people,. establ.ishing the position of city
manager, be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective on and after the 31st
day after its passage by the Council and approval by the
Mayor.
