AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 4(d) of Ordinance No. 65-29
WITH RESPECT TO AUTHORITY OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO INCUR
OBLIGATIONS.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That section 4(d) of Ordinance No. 65-29 enacted by
the City Council on October 25, 1965, be, and the
same is, hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 4(d): Be the chief purchasing and business
=" agent with respect to all departments of the
City and, within budgetary 'limits and pur-
poses, shall have authority to make expendi-
tures not to exceed $1,040. in any one trans-
action without the approval of the Council."
Section 2:, This ordinance shall be effective on and after the
31st day after its enactment by the Council and
approval of the Mayor.'
PASSED: By unanimous vote of all Council members present,
