Ordinance No. 71-34 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDNANCE No. 71-4 AN ORDNANCE AMENDING Section 14, sub-section (1) Chapter VII Parking Regulations - of ORDINANCE No. 70-41. - MOTOR VEHICLE CODE OF 1970 -- TO AUTHORIZE TWO VEHICULAR PARKING SPACES, LIMITED TO 15 MINUTES, ALONG THE CURB ON THE NORTHWESTERLY SIDE OF S.W. PACIFIC HIGHWAY ALONG THE CHARLES F. TIGARD SCHOOL FRONTAGE. - -- - — THE CITN OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section It Section 14, stir-section (1) Chanter VII - Parking Regulat ons - of Ordinance No. 70-41 - Motor Vehicle Code of 1970, be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows: "Section 14: NO PARXINGt No person shall at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind or character, whether motorized br not, and whether attended or unattended, within the fol- lowing defined portions of public streets and highways within the City of Tigardt 111. Within the improved portion of the right-of- way as bounded by the curb lines, on each side of S.W. Pacific Highway (99-4), extending from the inter- section of the centerline of S.W. Bull Mt. Road and the same extended to the Southeasterly right-of-way line of S.W. Pacific Highway, Uortheastcri., to the Northeasterly corporate limits of the City of Tigard, being an exten- sion of the Easterly line of that tract of land deeded to Max R. Recd and recorded in Book 611, page 286, Deed Records, Washington County, Oregon: EY=CEPT that there is hereby authori%ed and designated as a limited parking area, two (2) parking spaces along the Northwesterly curb parallel to the Southwesterly lanes of travel, for vehicular_parking, purposes limited to any continuous period of not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes, extending from a point Southwest: along the curb line 20 feet from a point opposite the most Easterly corner of the Charles F. Tigard Schoolhouse site, Southwesterly forty (40) feet, the boundaries of said spaces being delineated by painted markings." Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on and after the 31st dad after its passage by the Council and approval of the Mayor.
