( AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Chapter VII - Parking Regt*lations
of ORDINAYCE No. 70-41 - MOTOR VEHICLE CODE OF 1970 - Tt ADDING
THERETO SECTION 12-A, LIMITING PARKING WITHIN AN AREA ALONG THE
NORTHEASTERLY CURB OF S.W. 87th AVENUE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS IOLLOVWS:
Section_I. Chapter V11 - Parking Regulations - of Ordinance No.
70-41, Motor Vehicle Code of 1970, be, and the same
is hereby amended, by adding thereto SECTION 12-R, reading as
follows:
4 "Section 12-A: No person shall park or leave standing a
vehicle of any kind or character, whether
motorized or not, continuously in excess of fifteen (15)
'3 minutes within that certain area along the Northeasterly
curb of S.W. 87th Avenue designated as two 15-minute
parking spaces as delineated by painted markings, extending
from a point 30 feet Southeasterly of the "stop" sign as
now installed, Southeasterly thirty seven (37) feet."
Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on and after the
31st day after its passage by the Council and approval
of the Mayor.
PASSED- By unanimous vote of all Council members present,
after being read three times by number and title only,
