AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 14 - Chapter VII - Parking
Regulations - of ORDINANCE No.70-41 - MOTOR VEHICLE CODE OF 1970
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SUB-SECTION NUMBERED 1113" PROHIBITING PARKING
WITHIN THAT PORTION OF S. W. WALNUT STREET WITHIPi THE CORPORATE LIt,IITS
OF THE CITY OF TIGARD.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section_ 1: That Section 14 - Chapter VII - Parking Regulations -
of Ordinance No. 70-41 - Motor Vehicle Code of 1970
be, and the same Is hereby, amended by adding thereto sub-section,
"13", reading as follows:
"Section 14: NO PARKING: No person shall at any time
-� park or leave standing a
vehicle of any kind or character, whether motorized or
not, and whether attended or unattended, within the fol-
lowing defined portions of public streets and highways
within the City of Tigard:
"13. Within the right-of-way of S. W. walnut
Street, extending from the intersection thereof with
S. W. Pacific Highway (99-W) Northwesterly approxi-
mately 1,922,44 feet to the corporate limits of the
City of Tigard as the same exist on the effective date
of this ordinance.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on and after the 31st
day after its passage by the Council and approval of
the :Payor,
