Situate in the County of. Washington and State of Oregon, to-wit:
A tract of land in the J. L. Hicklin Donation Land Claim No. 54,
Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, in
Washington County, Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the southerly line of that certain
2.32 acre tract of land described in deed recorded in book 261 on page
483, deed records of Washington County, Oregon, said iron pipe and
true point of beginning being west 6.5 feet and south 10 57' west
1363.44 feet and south 890 31' west 168.57 feet from the northeast
corner of the said Hicklin D. L. C., and going thence from said true
" point of beginning south 80 46' 30" west 57.07 feet to an iron pipe;
thence south 890 31' west 238.68 feet to an iron pipp on the easterly
line of a 40.0 foot roadway; thence continuing south 890 31' west
20.0 feet to centerline of said roadway, and on the easterly line of
"Tiyardville Park thence on said centerline north 00 21' west 56.31
LF: feet to a point; thence north 890 31' east 20.0 feet to an iron pipe
on the aforesaid easterly line of said road; thence continuing north
