Frontage along Highway 217 shall be heavily landscaped and maintained with evergreen trees. Frontage along Greenburg Road shall be land- scaped and maintained. 2. Maximum hours of operation shall be from 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.m. 8. A detailed site plan showing structures, signing, t( landscaping, topography, adequate storm drainage E and access shall be submitted to and approved by t, the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a buildif.g permit. 9. The conditional use permit shall automatically become null and void one (1) year after its _ approval by the City Council unless the applicant has secured a building permit prior to that date and �xas actually commenced construction of the structures authorized by the permit within said one (1) year period.
