WHEREAS, the owner(0) of the'landc descrlkad on attachad
Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof, has fblaFs q(y filed
with the City an application for authorization to conduct the
following described conditional use(s) on the said promises; and
WHEREAS. the zoning classification of said lands hereto-
fore established by the zoning ordinances of the City of Tigard
is C-3 (general commercial) and the conditional use(s)
requested by the applicant(s) may be properly permitted in con-
formity with the said classification; and

the Cite of Tigard Zoning ordinance under the zone

as followa, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 50;
and running thence South 4°0 00' West a distance of 89. 1C
feet to an iron pipe; thence North 530 26' 10" West a dis-
tance of 187.31 feet to an iron pipe on the Easterly boundary
of that certain tract described in deed to Edward A. Woodard,
et ux, recorded O'une 21, 1949, in Book 296, mage 258, Wash-
ington county Deed Records; thence Northeasterly along the
Easterly line of said Woodard Tract to a point on the Northerly
line of said Lot 50; thence Southeasterly along said North
line to the point of beginning, EXCEPT portion described in
