AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL USE(S) ON LANDS OF

WHEREAS, the owner(s) of the lands described on attached
Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof, harp (have) filed
with the City an application for authorization to conduct the
following described cond;tional uae(s) on the said premisest and
WHEREAS, the zoning classification of said lands hereto-
fore established by the zoning ordinances of the City of Tigard
is C;�4.'Neighborhood Commercial and the conditional use(a)
requested by the applicant(s) may be properly peraitted in con-
formity with the said classification; and
WHERaAS, the City Planning Commission on the day
of , 19 , held a public hearing wit�pect
to said application and said Commission has recosraaended to the
city Council that said application be approved; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City C:uncil with
respect to said application was duly and regularly held on the

tht no public detri nt will result from the granting of said
petition and that it is in the public interest that said condi-
tional use(s) be authorized,
NOW, THEPEFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS-

the City of Tigard Zoning Ordinance under the zone
classification C-4 (Neighborhood Commercial) , to-wit:

be and the same are hereby authorized with respect to the lands
described on Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof, subject
to compliance with the following conditions:
1. That a final speo.ific' site plan be submitted
for Council approval prior to the issuance of
a building permit showing the specific location,
size and layout of the restaurant witYain the
shopping center.
