AN ORDINANCE BINDING THE CITY OF TIGARD AS A PARTY TO THE
TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF A CERTAIN AGREEMENT DATED �,ti_ . ., _ *L
INVOLVING LAMA-WESTON, INC. ET AL A$DADDITIONAL PART`I W RMTECT
TO CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER TRUNK LINE, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND RECORDER OF THE CITY OF TIGARD TO EXECUTE THE SAME IN BEHALF
OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City of Tigard shall be hereby bound as a party
to the provisions of that certain agreement dated March
__��c to which LAMB-WESTON, 1NC., J. K. :•iARDIN et ur_, G: F.
WAf�DI et ux and REX W. ZIGLER et ux are additional parties, with
respect to the construction of a sewer trunk line, all as set forth
on the attached copy of said document by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and Recorder of the City of Tigard be, and
each of them is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the said agreement on behalf of the City of Tigard.
Section 3: That inasmuch as it is necessary for the peace, health and
safety of the people of the City of Tigard that said
agreement be placed into effect with the least possible delay in order
that the City may have the benefits thereby conferred , an emer3ency
this ordinance shall be effective upon

PASSED: By unanimous vote of all Council members present after being
read three times by number and title only, this 24 day
of March, 1969.
