AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT BETWEEN
R. A. GRAY AND THE CITY OF TIGARD WITH RESPECT TO THE CON-
TR[JCaION OF A sEWE.� TRUPIf SNE AND DECZ,AR?NG AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1_: The Mayor and the City Recorder be and hereby are
duly authorized to execute a contract between
R. A. Gray and the City of Tigard. The terms and provisions
of which are set forth in a copy of said contract which is
marked Ex1libit A, attached hereto and by this reference made
a part hereof.
Section 2: That inasmuch as it is necessary for the public
health, peace and safety of the city of Tigard
that said contract be executed and that it be executed with
the least possible delay: it is declared that an emergency
exists and that this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect upon its passage by the Council and approval by the
Mayor.
PASSED: By unanimous vote of all council members present
after being read in full one time only, this 17th
day of March, 1969.
