ORDINANCE No, 69-13
AN ORDINANCE SETTING HEARING WITIi RESPECT TO PROPOSED ANNEXA-
TION OF THE LANDS OF ANNAND et al in Section 10, Township 2 South,
Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon,
comurionly called the "CANTERBURY CREST" ANNEXATION PROPOSAL, AND
DIRECTING GIVING NOTICE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the owners of the lands described on the attached
EXHIBIT "A" have informally requested that ehe City take action to
annex said lands to the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, said premises are contiguous to the City of Tigard
and not within the corporate limits of any other city, and lie
wholly within the County cf Fiav'.^.i g+nn; State of Oregon; aril
WHEREAS, the said owners have represented to the City that all
parties at interest will file consent to annexation with the City
prior to the hearing hereina`ter scheduled,
NOW,THEREFORE.,
THE CITY OP TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: That the City Council of t?le City of Tigard does hereby
elect to disperise with submitting the ;uestien of the
annexation Of the hereinafter described premises to the registered
voters of the City.
Section 2; That ^Sonday, the 10th day of ?.larch, 1^6t>, at th.: hour of
6:00 P.M., at the City Hall in the City of Tigard, be,
and the same are hereby fixed as the date, time and-place for piblic
hearing before the City Council of Ticjar.d of the 1)3tition of ANIAND
ET AL for annexation Of the hereinafter described lands tO the City
of Tigard, and all registered voters of the City may appear at said
time and place and be heard on the question of said anne:.a .xon. �.
Section 3: The City Recorder of the City of Tigard be, and. she is
hereby directed to give notice of saic'. hearing by pub

Ings in all, prior to the date of the hearing, in the Tigard Times,
a newspaper of general circulation in the City, and said Recorder
be, and she is hereby, further directed to post notices of said hear-
ing in four public places in the City of Tigard for a like period.

South, Range 1 `last, of the 'Nillamette Meridian, Washington County,
Oregon being ccrv-ionly known as the Canterbury :ieights Annexation
and more partic:llarly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is on the ,forth line of the
Southeast quarte:z: of the Northeast quarter of said Section 10

the Northeast corner of that tract of land conveyed to John D.
