AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONE ' -'RNGE WITH RESPECT TO THE LANDS OF
STAN ADFINS in Section 12, T2S, R1W, W.M.

WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action of the
City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, pursuant to the Zoning
Code of said City, have heretofore been limited in the use to those uses
permitted by said Code,- under, and have been classified and zoned

WHEREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, the owners of
said lands have applied to the City of Tigard for reclassification of
said property and change of zone thereof to permit the use thereof
for A-2 (Ruitiple Dwelling) purposes, and said applichtion has
publicized and public hearing held by the City Planning

NOW, THEREFORL,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following described lands be, and the same are
hereby, zoned as A-2 for use in accordance with the
A-2 {multiple dwelling) classification of the ZoningACY Code of
the City of Tigard, which Zoning Code with res ect to the
classification is by reference herein made a part hereof:
see attached Description marked EXHIBIT "A"
section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on the 31st day after
its enactment by the City Council of Tigard, Oregon.

A fifteen foot wide strip of land in the NW of Section 12, T2S,
R1W, W.M„ and being a portion of Lot 5, Wilson Acres, a subdivision
of record in Washington County, Oregon said strip of land lying
parallel to and along the Westerly side of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 5,
said point being 284.69 feet from the Easterly right-of-way line '
of the Bonita Road Junction Unit of the Tigard-Durham Road Section
of the Beaverton-Tualatin Highway; running thence S 00 28' 20" W,
parallel with the East line of said Lot 5 to a point on the South
