�.. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY. RECORDER TO
EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CI`T'Y A CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF TIGARD AND FARMERS UNDERWRITERS ASSOCIATION AND GEORGIA-PACIFIC
CORPORATION. CONCERNING SEWER_SERVICE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the Council of the City of Tigard does hereby
approve all the terms andp vi ions of that certain
proposed contract dated the 2Bthday of , 1968, a copy being
en
hereto attached And by referce made a part hereof, with respect
to the furnishing of sewer aervice to the lands therein described,
and the Mayor and Recorder of the City of Tigard be, and each of
them is hereby, authorized and directed to execute the said coati;aat
for and on behalf of the City of Tigard and to cause to have such
signatures duly acknowledged.
Section 2: That the City Recorder be, and she is hereby, author-
ized after execution of said contract, to deliver to
each of the contracting parties a conformed copy of said contract
and to file the official copy thereof with this ordinance as apart
thereof.
PASSED: By unanimous vote of all Council members present,
after being read three times by number and title only,
