AN ORDINANCL REDESIGNATING ZONE CLASSIFICATION WITH RESPECT
TO THE LANDS OF CORNELIUS T-IILLER and EVA HILLER (1S1 36 DA 600 2;-6),
TIGARD, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGOPI

WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, prior to annexation
to the City of Tigard, were classified by Washington County, Oregon
for General Commercial (C-2)purposes; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, the owners of
said lands have applied to the City of Tigard for redesignation of
said property as General Comiaercial C-3, In accordance with the
Zon:inE Code of the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Tigard has recommended
approval of said zone classification and the City Council of Tigard
finds that the proposed redesignation of said property from County
C-2 .to City C-3 does not involve a change in the basic purposes for
which the property may be utilized and, therefore, may properly be
redesignated without adhering to procedures prescribed by the Zoning
Code of Tigard for change in the zoning map of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY_OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: That the following described lands, heretofore zoned
as C-2 for use in accordance with the General Commercial
classification of the_Zoning Code of Washington County, be, and-the
salve are hereby redesignated General Commercial C-3 in accordance
with the C-3 (General Commercial) classification of Ordinance 67-21,
City of Tigard Zoning Ordinance of 1967:
Beginning at a point in the 'West line of the NE1/4
of the SE1/4 of Section 36, T1S, RIW,W.M., wkich
point is 659,05 feet North of the Southwest corner
of said NE1/4 of the SE1/4; thence North on the said
West line 435 feet to the Southwest corner of that
tract conveyed to Harry D. Wilson et ux by deed in
Book 323, p.103; thence East 95.2 feet to the Southeast
' corner of said Wilson tract; thence North 435 feet,
more or less, on the East line of said Wilson tract
to the County Road (known as West Side Pacific Hwy.);
thence North 53012° East along said road 80 feet, more
or less, to the iciest line of 20-foot roadway hereto

T fore conveyed by grantors herein to Fred Drucker; thence
South along the iciest line of said right of way and the
I / West line of the Drucker tract 965 feet, more or less,
to a point due East of the place of beginning; thence
West 159.2 feet to the place of beginning, in the
County of Washington and State of Oregon.

Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on the 31st day
after its enactment by the City Council of Tigard,
Oregon.
PASSED: By unanimous vote of all Council members present, after
being read three times by number and title only,
this 22nd day of July, 1968.
