I p AN ORDINANCE GRANTING .A ZONE CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO THE LANDS OF
Thomas R. and Ruth E. Lawson, in Section 2, T25, R1W, W.M.

_ WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON _
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action of &he
City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, pursuant to the Zo ing
Code of said City, have heretofore been limited in the use to those uses
permitted by said Code, under, and have been classified and zoned
for, R-7 (Residential) and
WHEREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, the owners of
said lands have applied to the City of Tigard for reclassification of
said property and change of zone thereof to permit the use thereof
fOr A-2 (Multiple Dwelling) purposes, and said application has
teen duly publicized and public hearing held by the City Planning
Commission on June18.1grg after due and legal notice; and'
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reconunended approval
of said zone change to the City Council, and due and leges= notice of
City.Council hearing having been given by publication in the Tigard
Times, and the City Council having heard same at its regular meeting
of , and the Council finding that no public

in the public interest that said zone change be approved, and the lands
re-zoned from R-7 (Residential) to A-2 (Multiple Dwelling)
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following described lands ba, and the same are
hereby, zoned as -&-2 for use in accordance with the
A-2 (Multiple Dwelling) c assification of the Zoning Code of
the City of Tigard, which Zoning Code with respect to the A-2
classification is by reference herein made a part hereof:

Section 2a This ordinance shall be effective on the 31st day after
its enactment by'the-City Council of Tigard, Oregon.
PASSED: By unanimous vote of all Council members present, after
being read three times by number and title only,

Beginning at the angle point of Lot 19 said, Frewing Orchard
Tract being on the center line of county road number 713 (S. W. ttt
Frewing Street); South 530 16' East a distance of 178.2 feet from
the most northerly point of said lot 19; running thence south 490
22' East along the centerline 62.1 feet; thence, North 450 55'
East a distance of 298.52; thence, North 30 03' West, a distance
of 20.83 feet, to a point on the northeasterly line of said lot
21; thence North 430 47' West along said northeasterly line a
distance of 290 feet; more or less, thence, south 480 49' west a f
distance of 163 feet to a point on the northeasterly line of that t:
tract of land conveyed to Ludvig Anderson and recogded in Heed
