AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING Chapter IV, Section
483.204-T, of Ordinance No.66-20, BY RE-ENACTING SUB-SECTION (6)
THEREOF AS HEREBY AMENDED, DESIGNATING CERTAIN ADDITIONAL INTERSEC-
TIONS AS PLACES FOR COMPLETE STOP OF ALL TRAFFIC BEFORE ENTERING
CERTAIN CROSS STREETS, DIRECTING PROPER PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS
NOTIFYING DRIVERS OF VEHICLES TO STOP BEFORE ENTERING SAID CROSS
STREETS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE No.b7-73.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 483.204-T, Chapter IV, of Ordinance No.66-20
be, and the same is, hereby amended and supplemented by
adding thereto sub-section (6), reading as follows:
"Section 483.204-T (6):
"The following streets and locations are hereby
designated as "stop" streets whereat all traffic pro-
ceeding in the directions hereinafter stated shall
come to a complete stop before proceeding into the
designated intersections:
(a) Westbound traffic on S. W. North Dakota
Street shall stop before entering the intersection
thereof with S. W. 121st Avenue.
j (b) Westbound traffic on S. W. Burlheights Street
shall stop before entering the intersection thereof
with S. W. 121st Avenue.
(c) Westbound traffic on S. W. Summercrest Drive
shall stop before entering the intersection thereof
with S. W. 121st Avenue.
(d) Westbound traffic on S. W. Katheryn Street
shall stop before entering the intersection thereof
fi with S. W. 121st Avenue.
(e) Southbound traffic on S. W. Burlcrest Drive
shall stop before entering the intersection thereof
with S. W. Summercrest Drive.
(f) Southbound traffic on S. W. 119th Avenue
shall stop before entering the intersection.thereof
with S. W. North Dakota Street.
" (g) Eastbound traffic on S. W. Burlcrest Drive
shall stop before entering the intersection thereof
with S. W. 115th Avenue.
(h) Westbound traffic on S. W. Manzanita Court
shall stop before entering the intersection thereof
with S. W. 121st Avenue.

(i) Westbound traffic on S. W. Meadow Street
hrr shall stop before entering the intersection thereof
with S. W. Tiedeman Avenue.
(,j) Westbound traffic on S. W. Center Street
shall stop before entering the intersection thereof
with S. W. Lincoln Avenue.
(k) Westbound traffic on S. W. Lomita Avenue
shall stop before entering the intersection thereof
with S. W. 90th Avenue.
(1) Southbound traffic on S. W. Ash Street shall
stop before entering the intersection thereof with
S. W. Frewing Street.
(m) Southbound traffic on S. W. Glen Drive shall
stop before entering the intersection thereof with
S. W. Frewing Street.
(n) Westbound traffic on S. W. Murdock Street
shall stop before the intersection thereof with
S. W. 96th Street.
(o) All traffic on S. W. Johnson Avenue at the
intersection thereof with S. W. Grant, and all traffic
on S. W. Grant at the intersection thereof with
S. W. Johnson Avenue, shall stop before entering said
intersection.
Section 2: The City Administrator be, and he is hereby, directed to
cause to have placed "stip" markers in proper locations
to notify drivers of vehicles to stop at the intersections herein-
above set forth, and he shall further cause to have painted on the
surface of the pavement a line on each of said streets to further
notify drivers of vehicles of the designated stopping places.
Section 3: That ORDINANCE No.67-73 enacted by the City Council on
December 11, 1967, be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be- effective from and after Dhe
31st day after its passage by the Council and approval
by the Mayor.
PASSED: By the Council, by unanimous vote- of all Council members
present, after being read three times by number and
title only, this 10th day of June, 1968•
