WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with the City Re- corder of the City of Tigard, petition for annexation of certain lands in n 1'%S, iiia, w.m. Washington County, Oregon, as hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, said premises are contiguous to the City of Tigard and not within the corporate limits of any other City, and lie wholly within the County of Washington, State of Oregon; and WHEREAS, it appears that said premises may properly be annexed to the City of Tigard without submitting the question to the re gistered voters of the territory, since the owners thereof, J i1e5 E. Hicklin D.L.C. running thence, South 10 0' West 330.7 feet along said tl centerline; thence South 890 14' West 426.2 feet; thence North `10 0' East 341.2 feet; thence South 890- 211 East 426.2 feet to the point of beginning.
