AN ORDINANCE SETTING HEARING WITH RESPECT TO PROPOSED ANNEXA-
TION OF THE LANDS OF Clay W. Dorsey et ux and Jeff G. D;al et ux
in Section 2, T2S, R1W, W.M.
WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON, AND DIRECTING GIVING UR NOTICE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with the City Re-
corder of the City of Tigard petition for annexation of certain

lands in Section 2, T , RiW, W.M.
Washington County, Oregon, as hereinafter described; and
whrnEi+S, said promises are contiguous to the City of Tigard
® and not within the corporate limits of any other City, and lie
wholly within the County of Washington, State of Oregon; and
WHEREAS_. it appears that said premises may properly be
annexed to the City of Tigard without submitti g the question to
the registered voters of the territory, since the owners thereof,
Clay W. Dorsey, Honerhea E. Dorsey and Jeff G. Bell, Marjorie
L. Dell
have by signed petition reque::ted and consented to said annexation;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Council of the City or Tigard does hereby

Section 2: That Monday, the 25day of March , 196 Sat the

Section 3: The City Recorder of the City of Tigard be, and she is
hereby, directed to give notice of said hearing by Pub-
lication once each week for two successive weeks, or three publish-
ings in all, prior to the date of the hearing, in theard
a newspaper of general circulation in the City,
be., and she is hereby further directed to post notices of said hear-
ing in four public places in the City of Tigard for a like period.
Section 4: That the area proposed to be annexed be, and the same
is hereby described as follows:

Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 2, T2S

along the west line of said Section 2 a distance of, 151.0 feet
is the true point of beginning; thence N 10 06' E a distance of
229.4 feet to a point; thence, N 890 29' E a distance of 131.37
feet to a point on the west line of a 50 foot road dedicated to
the public and recorded in book 407 page 195 of said County Deed
Record thence S 10 06' W a distance of 238.4 feet along the west
line of said read to a point; thence Sc 890 ?9' W a distance of
' 131.45 feet to the true point of beginning.
