D;al et ux in Section 2, T2S, R1W, W.M. WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON, AND DIRECTING GIVING UR NOTICE THEREOF. WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with the City Re- corder of the City of Tigard petition for annexation of certain 2. lands in Section 2, T , RiW, W.M. Washington County, Oregon, as hereinafter described; and whrnEi+S, said promises are contiguous to the City of Tigard ® and not within the corporate limits of any other City, and lie wholly within the County of Washington, State of Oregon; and WHEREAS_. it appears that said premises may properly be annexed to the City of Tigard without submitti g the question to the registered voters of the territory, since the owners thereof, Clay W. Dorsey, Honerhea E. Dorsey and Jeff G. Bell, Marjorie L.
