CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE No.67- -7,o AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO THE LANDS OF COMMERCE DEVELOPMENT CO., INC,, in Sec. 35; T1S, R1W, W.M., f TIGARD, WASHINGTON COUNTY., OREGON WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action of the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, pursuant to the Zoning Code of said City, have heretofore been limited in use to those uses permitted by said Code, under, and have been classified and zoned for R-7 (Residential) and WHEREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, the owners of said lands have applied. to the City of Tigard for reclassification of said property and change of zone thereof to permit the use thereof for A-2 (Multiple Dwe-Iling) purposes, and said ,pplication has been duly publicized and public hearing held by the City Planning Commission on November 2i, 1967 after due and legal notice; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended approval of` said zone change to the City Council, and due and legal notice of City Council hearing having been given by publication in the Tigard Times, and the City Council having heard same as its regular meeting Of December 11, 196 _, and the Councilfinding that no public detriment will result from ;ranting of said petition, and that it is in the public interest that said zone change be approved, and the lands re-zoned from R-7 (Residential) to A-2 (Multiple Duelling; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF 'TIGARD ORDAIN:; A5 FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the following described lands be, and the same are here byy zoned as A-2 for use in accordance with the A-2 (Multiple Dwel�ing) classification of the Zoning Code of the City of Tigard, which Zoning Code with respect to the A-2 classification is by reference herein made a part heveof: As set forth on the attached sheet headed "DESCRIPTION" which by this reference herein is made a part hereof. Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on the 31st day after Its enactment by the City Council of Tigard, Oregon. Graham D.L.C. in Sec. 35, T1S, R1W, W.M., Washington County, Oregon, 15.25 chains East and 20.39 chains North of the southwest corner of said D.L.C.; thence N400E 0.62 chains; thence N 880101E 12.37 chains; thence S 00101E to the south side line of the Oregon Electric Co.'s right of way and the true place of beginning; thence S520081W following said south line of said right of way to the southeast corner of that certain tract conveyed to Gloria Mae Perry in Deed Book 545, page 463, Washington County, Oregon Deed Records; thence N 0020' E along the east line of said tract to the northeast corner thereof; thence N880101E to the east line of that certain tract conveyed to Conrad E.
