AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO LANDS OF EULALIA
M. RIVERMAN, JACK E. RIVERMAN and BARBARA. RIVERMAN, being part of
Lot 9 and all of Lot 19, Frewing Orchard Tracts, TIGARD, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, OREGON
WflE,R :A , the hereinafter described lands, by action of the
City Council of the (;ity Oregon, ,ursuant to bhe 'Lorting
Code of said City, have her,�toror'e been limited in use to these uses
permitted by said Code, under, and have been classified and zoned
for R-7 (Residential) and
WHEREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, tete owners of
said lands have applied to tc;e City of iif-lard for reclassification or
said property and chanE;e of zone thereof to permit the use thereof
for A-2 (Multiple Dwelling purposes, and said application has
been duly publicized and public hear.inp; held by the City Pla;ining

City Council hearing having; ueen given t)y publication in 'tile 'Tigar
of said zone change to the City Cd
Times, and the City Council na�ln.s; heard same as its regular meeting
" of _December 11, 1967 and the Council finding that no public
detriment fai.11 resuit from granting, of said petition, and that it is
in the public intarest that said zone change be approved, and the
lands re-zoned from
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS.
Section :1: 'That the following described lands be, and the same are
A-2 `-- hereby, zoned as A-2 for use in accordance with the
(Multiple Dwelling) cla'sification of the. Zoning Code
of the City of 'i'igard, which Zoning Code tdith respect: to the A-2

Washington County, Oregon, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following
