AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO THE LANDS OF
k GILBERT PAULSEN and YONEIVE A. PAULSEN, in Sec. 1, T2S, RIW, W.M. ,
TIGARD, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action of the
City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, pursuant to the Zoning
Code of said City, have heretofore been limited in use to those uses
permitted by said Code, under, and have been classified and zoned
for R-7 (Residential)
WHEREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, the owners of
said lands have applied to the City of Tigard for reclassification of
said property and change of zone thereof to permit the use thereof
for M-4 (Industrial Park) purposes, and said application has
been duly publicized and public hearing held by the City Planning
Commission on November 21, 1967 after due and legal notice; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended approval
of said zone change to the City Council, and due and legal notice of
City Council hearing having been given by publication in the Tigard
'times, and the City Council having heard same as its regular meeting
of December 11, 1967 , and the Council finding that no public
detriment wild result from granting of said petition, and that it is
in the public interest that said zone change be approved, and the
lands re-zoned from R-7 (Residential) to M-4 (Industrial Park);
NOW, 'iriEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: That the following described lands be, and the same are
hereby, zoned as M-4 fox, use in accordance with the
M-4 (Industrial Park) classification of the Zoning Code
of the City of Tigard, which Zoning Code with respect to the M-4
classification is by reference herein made a part hereof:
Beginning at a,point in the centerline of County road, S 0°35` W 836.5 feet
from the Northeast corner of the W. W. Graham D.L.C., in T2S, RIW, W.M
G .,
and running thence along the centerline of said County road S 0035'W, 449
feet to the intersection with the centerline of the East and West County
road; thence along the centerline ofCountyroad S 891441W 966.9 feet to
the southwest corner of that certain tract of land conveyed by deed from
John W. Keller et al to Elizabeth Keller and recorded in Bk.116, p.469 i

Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on the 31st day after
its enactment by the City Council or TIrard, Oregon.
PASSED: By unanimous vote of all Council members present, after
