AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING Chapter VIII (Parking
-20 as amended, BY ADDING THERETO A
Regulations) of Ordinance No.66
NEW SECTION DESIGNATED "Section 10-A" TO PROHIBIT PARKING WITHIN
DESIGNATED AREAS OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF S. W. MAIN STREET; AND LIMIT-
INr_, PARKING WITHIN A PORTION OF S. W. SCOFFINS STREET BY ADDING A
NEW SECTION DESIGNATED "Section 7-C.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Chapter VIII (Parking Regulations) of Ordinance
No.66-20 as amended, be, and the same is, hereby amended
and supplemented by adding thereto a new section designated "10A"
reading as follows:
"Section 10-A: No person shall. at any time park or
leave standing a vehicle of any kind or character,
whether motorized or not, and whether attended or un-
attended, within the following defined portions of
public streets and highways within the City of Tigard:
"Within the Southaasterly half of S.W., ain
Street from the intersection thereof with
the Northeasterly line of S.W.Scoffins Street,
northeasterly to the intersection thereof
with S. W. Pacific Highway right-Of-way."
"Within the Northwesterly half of that portion
of S. W. Main Street from its intersection on
the West end thereof with S. W.
pacific High way,
northeasterly 230 feet."
Section 2. That Chapter VIII (Parking Regulations) of Ordinance
No.66-20 as amended be, and the same is, hereby amended
and supplemented by adding thereto a new section d� ignated "7-C"
reading as follows:
