filed consent to said annexation with the City Rccor.ior tinder date of

WHEREAS, the lands hereinafter described and pronoNcd to be
annexed ,re contifuous to the corporate limits of tnu- City of Ti�,ardi
and are not within the corporate limits of any city and 11e wholly
within the County of Washington, State of Ore on, ano are, in all re-
spects, qualified to be annexed to the City of Tigard; an,

A tract of land in Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 1
West of Willamette Me-i.dian, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Palmer Acres and
running thence South 1038' West along the east line of
Palmer Acres 1019.3 feet to the Northwest corner of that
certain tract conveyed to Bert Turnbow by deed recorded
May 8, 1939 in Book 180, page 331; thence South 85041' East
along the North line of said Turnbow tract 533,5 feet to
the Southwest corner of that certain tract conveyed to
A. Lippman by deed in Book 153, page 313; thence North 01421
West 1016 feet to the Southeast corner of that certain tract
described in mortgage to L. W. Lowry et ux, recorded May 24,
1950, in Mortgage Book 244, page 49; thence North 85022-1/21
West 545.5 feet to the place of beginning.

said filing.
Section 3: That the Recorder of the City of Tigard be, and she is
hereby directed, within 10 days fro 1e date hereof, to
' file with each of the Department of Revenue and : xa„ion and the
Department of Records and Elections of the County of t1,3nington, the
following:
} a. A certified copy of this ordinance or annexation.
b. A certified copy of Ordinance No.67-58 ,
and that 0 copy of this Ordinance be directed to the Office of the
Washington County Surveyor,
and to file herein the acknowledgments of said Departments of said
filings. �y

Section 41 The annexation hereby ordained shall be effective on the
da' -, of filing with the Secretary of ita.te of Oregon the
Copies of p:veeedingo as in Section 2 hereof required to be filed,
and from and after said date the hereinabove described and annexed
territory ahall be and remain a part of the City of Tigard. '
