Stashin and Beatrice S. Stashin recorded in Bk.4$4, p.121 Washington County, Oregon Deed-Records; thence N 89°23' W. a distance of'82.65 feet along a certain roadway conveyed to the public• by deed recorded on Page 345,Book 265, said deed records to an iron rod; thence South 460 West a: distance of 74 Meet, more or less to the westerly boundary of saJd tract; thence North 29017' West along the westerly line a distance of 60 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
