AN OdIDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF TT_GnIiD 1.iNDS OF
ARNOLD J. WESTLING and OPAL C. WESTLING, being part of
' Lot 1, Tigardville Heights, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON

petitioned the City of Tigard to annex th.> same to U.e City, and have t1
filed consent to said annexation with the City Recorder under date of

annexed are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Tigard
and are not w'—thin the corporate limits of any city and lie wholly
within the County of Washington, State of Ore;cn, and are, in all re--

Lot 1, TIGARDVILLE HEIGHTS, Washington County,
Oregon; EXCEPTING therefrom that portion
thereof described in Deed to Henry Paetel et ux
recorded October 26, 1942 in Book 212, Page 333,
Washington County Deed Records; also EXCEPTING
therefrom those portions desetibed in Deeds to
Stan Adkins, Builder, a partnership, recorded
June 5, 19622 in Book 464, page 266 and page
267, said Deed Recnrds.
Section 2 That the Recorder of the City or Tl-gard be, and she is
hereby directed, within 10 days fro•-: the gate hereof,
to make and submit to the Secretary of State of Oregon:
a. A certified copy of this ordinance of annexation
b. A certified copy of the statement of consent of
the landowners in the territory annexed
C. A certified copy of Ordinance No.67- 31 whereby the
City Council declared that no cicettcn i, required
in the City,
and to file herein the acknowledgment of the Scorctary of State of
said filing;.
Seotion 3; That the Recorder of the City of Tirard be, and she is
hereby directed, within 10 days fror,-'- date hereof, to
file with each of the Department of Revenue and Taxation and the
Department of Records and Elections of the County of Washington, the
following:
a. A certified copy of this ordinance of annexation
b. A certified copy of Ordinance No.67. 31 ,
and that a copy of this Ordinance be directed to the Office of the
- '.iaofiyugwn County Surveyor,
and to file hsrein the acknowledgments of said Depart.,nents of said
filings.
Section 4: The annexation hereby ordained shall be effective on the
date of filing with the Secretary of State of Oregon the
copies of proceedings as in Section 2 hereof required to be filed,
and from and after said date the hereinabove described and annexed
territory shall be and remain a part of the City of Card.
PASSED: By the Council, by unanimous vote of all Council member3
