AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING Chapter VIII (Parking
Regulations) of ORDINANCE No.66-20 BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION
DESIGNATED "Section 1-A" LIMITING PARKING OF CERTAIN VEHICLES, AND
DEFINING TERMS.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
? Section 1` That CHAPTER VIII (Parking Regulations) of ORDINANCE
No.66-20 be, and the same is hereby amended and sup-
plemented by adding "Section 1-A" reading as follows:
Section 1-A: (a) ,i�ef�lr< t i ions*
The following designated sections of Oregon Revised
Statutes and the definitions in each of them respect-
ively contained, be, and each and all of them are,
hereby adopted by this reference, section by section,
paragraph by paragraph, word by word, in the entirety
in all respects to the same legal force and effect as
i5 set forth herein in full:
§481.022 - House Trailer
§481.030 - Motor Bus
§481.035 -Motor Truck
§481.055 - Tractor Trailer
§481.065 - Truck Tractor and Truck Trailer
4 (b) No person shall at any time park or leave
standing a house trailer, motor bus, motor truck, tractor
trailer, truck tractor or truck trailer, as hereinabove
defined, whether attended or unattended, on any improved
public highway, public street or other public way within
3 the corporate limits of the City of Tigard, for a period
greater than thirty (30) minutes, beteg;>en the hours of
12:01 o'clock a.m. and 6:00 o'clock a.m.
Section-2: This ordinance shall become and be effective on and
after the 31st day from its passage by the Council
