AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO T14E LANDS
OF DELMAR MARTIN (TORLAND) being a portion of Greenburg Heights,
in Section 35, T1S, R1W, W.M. (Tax Lot 500 1S1 35 CD)
TIGARD, WA_HINGTON C0U'V_'.^X, OREG_OP;
} _ WHEREAS, the hereit,after described lands, by action of the
City Council of the City of Tifard, )renon, pursuant to the Zoning
Code of said City, have neretofore been limited in use to those uses
permitted by said cone, under, and nave been classified and zoned
for R-7 (Residential) anJ
WFE..REAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, the= owners of
said lands nave applied to the City of Tigard for reclassification of
said property and nhange of zone thereof to permit the use thereof
for A-2 (Multiple Dwelling) purposes, and saki application has
been duly publicized anti public hearin., help by the City Planning
commission on January 17, 1,967 ;Jter due anti le;al ncti.ce; and

of said zone change to the City Council , and due anal legal notice of

NOW, THEREFORE,

THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following described lands be, and the same are

A-2 (Multiple Dwelling) classification of tue ZoninP Code

Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot 5, Green-
burg Heights, a subdivision of record in Sec-35, T1S,
R1W,W.M., Washington Co mty, Oregon, N890581E 61.6 feet
IIOm the southwest corner thereof, and running t ence
N00101W 337.9 feet to a point on the northerly line of
said Lot 5, S710231E 65.0 feet from the northwest corner
of said Lot 5; thence on the northerly line of said Lot 5,
S710231E 65.0 feet; thence S 00111E 317.1 feet to a point
on the South line of said Lot 5, N890581E 123.2 feet from
the said southwest zorner of Lot 5; thence S89°581W 61.6
feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on the 31st day after
its enactment by the City Counci.l of Tiwarc, Oregon.
