being Tax Lot 1500 1S1 35^A, t,,A,°,HINGTO`1 COUNTY, OREGON
WHEREAS, the owners of the hereinafter dsscribed lands have
petitioned the City of Tigard to annex the same to tP._, City, and have
filed consent to said annexation, with the City Recorder under date of
the 9th day of January , 1967; and
WHEREAS, the lands hereinafter described and proposed to be
annexed are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Tigard
and are not within tie corporate limits of any city and lie wholly
within the County of tlashington, State of Orer;on, and are, in all re-
spects, eualified to be annexed to the City of 'igard.; and
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No.67- 2 duly enacted by the City Counit
of Tigard on the 9th day of January_; 1967, thO City Council of
Tigard did elect to dispense with subriittin, the annexation proposal to
the registered voters of the City of Tigard, and did by said ordinance
set Monday the _1 ; day of Feb ruary , 1967, at the hour- of 8:00
o'clock p.m. at the City Hall, ar

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
S. W. 95th Ave. with the centerline of S. W. Dakota Street
in Seo. 35, TIS, R1W, W.M., Washington County, Oregon;
thence North along the centerline of S. W. 95th Ave.
231.56 feet to a point; thence Alorth 89031' East
273.44 feet to the East line of Tax Lot 1500 1S1 35-A;
thence South along the East line of said Tax Lot, 230.30
feet to the centerline of S. W. Dakota Street; thence
South 89010' West along the centerline of S. W. Dakota
Street to the point of beginning.
Section 2: That the Recorder of the City of Tigard be, and she is
hereby directed, within 10 days from the date hereof,
to make and submit to the Secretary of State of Ore,on:
a. A certified copy of this ardinar;ce o; ari.6%fa ivn
b. A certified copy of the statement of consent of
the landowners in the territory annexed
C. A certified copy of Ordinance No.67-2 whereby the
City Council declared that no election is required
in the City,
and to file herein the acknowledgment of the Sec.ctary of State of
said filing•
Section 3: That the Recorder of the City of Tigard be, and she is
hereby directed,_wtthin 10 days froz, - d,te hereof, to
' file with each of the Department of Revenue and Taxation and the
Department of Accords and Elections of the County of Wnsnirton, the
follo4ln;
a. A certified copy of this ordinance of annexation
b. A certified copy of Ordinance No.67. 2 ,
and that a crpy of this Ordinance be directed to tho Office of the
Washington County surveyor,
and to file herein the ao-knowledgments of said Departments of said
'filings.
Section R: The annexation hereby ordained shall be effective on the
date of filing with *:•t Secretary of State of Oregon the
copies of proceedings as in S: ,;tion 2 hor2of required to be filed,
and Prom and after said date the hereinabove described and annexed
territory ahali be and remain a part or the City of Tif;ard.
PASSED: By the Council, by unanimous vote of all Council members
present, after being read three times by title only,
