Ordinance No. 67-06 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE No.67- AN ORDINANCE FIXING A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE 13th day of February, 1967 at 8:00 P.M., IN THE CITY HALL ON MAIN STREET, TIGARD, OREGON, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF TIGARD OF THAT CERTAIN AREA CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF TIGARD, INCLUDING "PINEBROOK" SUBDIVISION, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY RECORDER TO PUBLISH AND POST NOTICES THEREOF AND TO INCUR NECESSARY EXPENSES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Section 3: Inasmuch as it is necessary for immediate preservation of the peace, health and safety of the City of Tigard that said hearing be held and the final determination of the question of annexation be accomplished without undue delay, and it is nec- essary to provide for due legal notice to be given of said hearing, this ordinance must take effect immediately; therefore, an emergency Is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall in in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Council.
