AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCZ 63-2
(Building Code) WITH RESPECT TO Section 5 THEREOF, PRESCRIBING
FEES FOR INSPECTION OF UNAUTHORIZED STRUCTURES �

TM CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 5 of Ordinance No. 63-2 enacted by the City
Qa•,,+,ncit of the City of Tigard on the 25th day of
March, 1963 be and the same is hereby amended and aapplemented to
add thereto su�-section (f) thereof, reading as follows:
"(f) In addition to all other fees prescribed
by Ordinance No. 63-2 and supplementary
thereto, and any provision to the con-
trary notwithstanding, all persons or
organizations undertaking to erect, remodel,
alter or modify any structure for which a
permit shall be required under the provisions
of Ordinance No. 63-2 and who shallnothave
obtained a permit for such work prior to the
initiation thereof, and for which a stop-
work order is issued, shall pay a $25.00
inspection fee to the City of Tigard whether
or not a building permit is later applied for
and issued."
Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on and after the
31st day after its passage by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
PASSED: By unanimous vote of all Council members present, after
being read first in full and then by title, this 26th
day of April , 1965,
