Ordinance No. 65-04 ,- CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE No. 65 - _/_ AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO THE LANDS OF LYLE GOODELL, BEING THE WEST 100 FEET OF TAX LOT 2100, 2 S 12 BD, IN THE CITY OF TIGARD, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON. WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action of the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, pursuant to the Zoning Code of said city, have heretofore been limited in use t3 those uses permitted by said Code under, and have been classified and zoned for C-2 (General Commercial) purposes; and AREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, the owner of said lands has applied to the City of Tigard for reclassification of said property and change of zone thereof to permit the use thereof for A-2 (Apartment Residential) purposes, and said appli- cation has been duly publicized acid FSiiu"e iicniiiib uciu by tCac City Planning Commission on January 21, 1965, after due and legal notice; and WHEREAS, the City Llanning Commission has recommended approval of said zone change to the City Council, and due and legal notice of City Council hearing having been given by publica- tion in the Tigard Times, and hearing of same having been held by the City Council at its regular meeting of February 8, 1965, and the City Council finding that no public detriment will result from the granting of said petition, and that it is in the public interest that said zone change be ap roved, and the property rezoned from C-2 (General Commercial to A-2 (Apartment Residen- tial; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the Westerlymost 100 feet of Tax Lot 2100, 2 S 12 BD, known as Tigard, Washington Collil`unty, Oregon, a an t e lama s here y rec as- sified for multiple dwelling use, and is hereby rezoned as A-2 '(Apartment Residential) for uses permitted by the A-2 classification of the Zoning Code of the City of Tigard, and subject to all condi- tions, limitations and requirements thereof, which Zoning Code with respect to the A-2 classification is by reference ltrein made apart herecf. Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on the 31st day after its enactment by the City Council of Tigard, Oregon.
