Ordinance No. 64-22 CITY OF TIGARD, OZEGON t ORDINANCE j1O. 64 • 22 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZOITE CHANGE WITH 1RESPECT TO LANDS OF STAN AWKINSBEING A PORTION OF LOT 55, NOiirli TIGAiRDVILLE ADDITION, AIMT&D, WASHINGTON COUNTY, CaEGUN. WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action oz the F City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, pursuant to the Zoning Code of said city, ilave heretofore been limited in use to those uses permitted by said code under, and have beea classified and zoned for, A- 2 (Multiple Dwelling) purposes; and WHE,tKAS' pursuant to prescribed procedures, tue owner of said lands nas applied to the City of Tigard for reclassification ® of said property and change of zone thereof to permit the use thereof for 11-3 (light 1anufacturing) Group C (CuntYact�•rs Equipment Storagc and 6ffice) purposes, and said application was duly publicized arae public hearing held by tite Planning and Zoning commission of the Cii:y of Tigcrd, after legal notice there- of, on the lst flay of October, 1964; and WHEIIEAS, having afforded all interested persons an Opportu- nity to be heard with respect to said application, and the City Planning and Zoning Commission finding that no public detriment will result from the granting of said petition, and that it is in the public interest that said change be approved and the property rezoned from A-2 to M•-3, Group C; and WHEREAS, no remonstrances having been filed or appeals taken with respect to the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission for the granting of said application, and the City Council of the City of Tigard having duly considered the same at its regular meeting of October 12, 1964, and due and legal notice having been given as prescribed by the City Council with respect to a hearing of the matter by the City Council of Tigard, Oregon, and said hearing having been held on the 12th day of October, 1964, and there being no appearances or remonstrances against the gran- - ting of said application, and the City Council finding that the zone change petitioned for is not adverse to the public interest, healand is consis- tenttwithrthehomfort and preservationvofltheeof publicepeace,ssafety, morals, order and public welfare, and that said change should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, T'iE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: and the same Sect_ ion '1: That the following described lands be, are hereby, reclassified for light manufacturing use, and hereby zoned as M-3 (Light Manufacturing) Group C (Con- and are are Equipment Storage and Office) for use in accordance with trathe M-3 classification of the Zoning Code of the City of Tigard, page 1 ORDINANCE N0. 64 22 T P' • " Y Oregon, and sub; ect to all conditions, limitations andrequire- ments tnereof, which 'Zoning Code with respect to the C Group H-3 classification is by reference herein wade a part hereof: Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 55, North Ti gardville Addition, Amended, Washington County, Oregon, thence northwesterly along the southerly boun- dart' of S.
