Ordinance No. 64-16 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE NO. 64 - AN ORDINANCE RE-SETTING HEARING WITH RESPECT TO PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF A PORTION OF LOT 1,AMENDED PLAT OF NORTH TIGARDVILLE ADDITION. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 64 - /2 entitled AN ORDINANCE SETTING HEARING WITH RESPECT TO PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF A PORTION OF LOT 1, AMENDED PIAT 0: 14ORTH TIGARDVILLE ADDITION," be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2: That Monday, the 28th day of September, 1964, at the hour of 8 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Main Street, City of Tigard, Oregon, be and the same are hereby fixed as the date, time and place for a public hearing by the City Council of the petition of RICHARD LINDNER and JOY J. LINDNER for annexation of the hereinafter-described lands ba the City of Tigard,' and all registered voters of the City may appear at said tt me and place and be heard on the question of said annexation."
