Sectio.n4: That the area proposed to be annexed be, and the same is hereby described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of Tract 49 FREWING'S ORCHARD TRACTS a duly recorded subdivision and running thence S 54*�7' W. along the northwesterly lines of Tracts 4 and 3 of said subdivision, and said northwesterly lines^extended1 772.17tfeet; tthence S. 3533' E. 266.46 + c. o an erly corner of the tract of land conveyed to M. R. Hine et ux by deed recorded on page 53 in Deed Book 480, Washington County, okegun, Deed R cords; thence S JU'U4' S. Z U Leet to a point on the soutleasterly line of the tract conveyed to Everett S. Hallet ux by deed recorded on page 310 -in Book 284 of said Deed R cords, which point bears S 54'27' W. 54.0 feet from the most°'easterly corner thereof; thence S 54°27' W. 21.0 feet to the most northerly corner of the x lands conveyed to Melvin C. Andree et ux by deed recorded on page 191 in Book 400 of said Deed Records; thence S.30° 04' E. 259.5 feet to the most easterly corner of the tract conveyed to William 11. Parker et ux by deed recorded on { page 311 in Book 312 of said Deed Records; thence north- easterly along the southeasterly lines of Tracts 22, 3 and' 4 of said FREWING S ORCHARD TRACTS to the most easterly s corner of said Tract 4 thence N 43°47' W. 474.5 feet,more or less, to the place of beginning. Section 5: Inasmuch as it is for the benefit of the City of Tigard and those interested in the petition for annexation that this matter be heard with the least possible delay, and it is necessary for the peace, health and safety of the City of Tigard that this ordinance become effective with the least possible delay, an emergency is hereby declared and this ordinance shall become effective upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
