j AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO LANDS
OF JAMES T. WILLOCK and BETTY WILLOCK, BEING A PORTION OF LOT 1,
FREWING ORCHARD TRACTS, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON

WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action of the
City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, pursuant to the Zoning
Code of said city, have heretofore been limited to those uses per-
mitted by said Code under, and have been classified and zoned for,
it idant+^1) and C-9 (general Commercial) pur-
poses; and
WHEREAS pursuant to prescribed procedures, the owner of said
lands has applied to the City of Tigard for reclassification of said
property and change of zone thereof to permit the use thereof for
{ A-2 (Multiple Dwelling) purposes, and said application was duly pub-
licized and public hearing held after legal notice thereof, on the
_ day of , 1963; and
WHEREAS, ing afforded all interested persons an opportun-
ty to be ..— Tart, respect to said application. the City Council
hereby finds that the zone change petiiloned for is not adverse to
the public interest, health, comfort or convenience and is consist-
ent with the preservation of the public peace, safety, morals, order
f and public welfare, and that it is in the public interest that said
! change be approved and the property re-zoned to A-2.
NOW, THEREFORE,
L THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following described lands be, and the same
are hereby, reclassified for multiple dwelling use,
and are hereby zoned as A-2 ;Multiple Dwelling), for use in accord-
ance with the A-2 classification of the Zoning Code of the City of
Tigard, Oregon, and subject to all conditions, limitations and re-
quirements thereof, which Zoning Code with respect to the A-2 class-
ification is by reference herein made a part hereof:
All of Lot One (1), FREWING ORCHARD TRACTS, Washington
County, Oregon, not included in suodivision of Lot Two
(2) and a part of Lot One (1) FREWING ORCHARD TRACTS
in Section 2, Township 2 Sout�, Rahge i West of W.M.,
as shown by the duly recorded map and plat thereof on
file in the office of the Recorder of Conveyances for
said County and State: EXCEPT therefrom that portion
lying Northwesterly of center line of Sewer Easement
granted Tigard Sanitary District by instrument recorded
August 27, 1957 in Book 397, page 350.

Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective on the 31st day
after its enactment by the City Council of Tigard.
