Ordinance No. 63-02 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE ERECTION, CONSTRUCTION, ENLARGE-
MENT, ALTERATION, REPAIR-, MOVING, REMOVAL, CONVERSION, DEMOLITION,
OCCUPANCY, EQUIPMENT, USE, HEIGHT, AREA, AND MAINTENANCE OF BUILD-
INGS OR STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON; PROVIDING FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF FERMITS AND COLLECTION OF FEES THEREFOR; DECLARING AND
ESTABLISHING FIRE DISTRICTS; PROVIDING PENALTIESOFOR THE VIOL IN
THEREOF, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND
CONFLICT THEREWITH.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: This ordinance shall be known as the

Section 2: From and after_ the effective date of this Ordinance,
the area within the City of Tigard shall be included
within the respective districts for fire prevention purposes, the
boundaries of each of said districts being defined,_delineated and
established as shown on the attached map which by refe~ence herein
is made apart hereof, to the same legal force and effect as if the
boundaries of each of said fire prevention districts were outlined
herein in legal metes and 'pounds.
Section 3: The Uniform Building Code, 1961 Edition-Volume I and
Volume III, published by the International Conference
Aof Building Officials, 610 S. Broadway, Los Angeles 14, California,
hereinafter referred to as the "Building Code", be, and the same is
hereby, incorporated by reference herein to the same legal force and
effect as if set forth herein in full, part by part, chapter by
chapter, and section by section, under authority of §221.330 O.R.S.,
t which by reference herein is,likewise made a part hereof.
Section 4 The snow load factor,applicable in connection with the
design of all structures with respect to which the
snow load factor is applied, shall be twenty-five (25); pounds per
square foot.

Notwithstanding the provisions and fees contained in
Chapter 3, ,Section 303, Volume I of the Uniform Building Code of
1961 hereinabove referenced, building permit fees are hereby estab-
lished as follows:
(a) Apminimum of $10.00 shall be paid for the issuance
of any permit=for new construction, provided that permit fees shall
be computed on the following basis and a greater sum paid where
applicable:

Fees for the issuance of permits for circuses, animal
