AN ORDINANCE REGUTATING V3HICULAR USE AND PARKING OF
VEHICLES ON yS217 AND PACIFIC HIGHWAY WEST(99W)
IN THE PROXIMITYOFTHE INTERSECTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the safety of persons and
property to restrict and regulate vehicular parking use of that
portion of the Easterly side of Highway 217 South of and within
360' of the intersection thereof with the Southeriy bouudai=y of
Pacific Ilighway West (99W), and that portion of the South side of
Pacific Highway West (99W) Easterly of and within 250' of the inter-
section thereof with the Easterly property line of Highway 217, to
Overcome present traffic hazards and to eliminate obstruction to the
free flow of traffic at said intersection.

IT IS ORDAINHD BY THE COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF TIGARD:
