AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR USE AND PARKING OF
VEHICLES ON S. W. MAIN STREET AT THE INTERSECTION
THEREOF WITH S. W. BURNHAM STREET IN THE CITY OF TIGARD
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the safety of persons and
property to restrict and regulate parking use of a portion of

NOW, THEREFORE,

IT IS ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD:
Section _1: No person shall at any time park a motor vehicle of
any kind or character on-the Sou::heasterly side of
fourteen (14) feet Northeasterly of the
S. W. Main Street within
intersection thereof with S. W. Burnham Street.
Section 2: No petime park a motor vehicle of

on that portion of the Southeasterly side of S. W. Main Street de-
